Supporting our children is supporting our future! Every year, the Nazareth Area Blue Eagle Education Foundation (NABEEF) receives dozens of funding request proposals from our teachers for implementation the following school year. Programs that represent every school and subject area and that complement the district’s curriculum are then funded. Each funding request enhances the classroom experience and expands learning through new experiences. Foundation grants have also been made possible through generous contributions from businesses, community organizations and individuals – like you. Since 2002, the Foundation has used its contributions and donations to enrich the educational opportunities for the school district and community. Below are some of the NABEEFs completed projects:
Greenhouse for Middle School ($10,000)
Playground/Ply Structure at Intermediate School ($30,000)
Main Sponsor for Camp Invention ($15,000 – $20,000+ per year)
Barry Boyer Basketball Court ($6,500+)
Smart Boards at Intermediate School ($10,000)
Drum Set for Music Dept. & Clavinova, Refurbished Piano & Dolly for Choral Groups ($9,500+)
Naming Rights – Martin Guitar Auditorium at Middle School & Walter Peters Board Room
